What is PackagePickup.com?
We are a free service that lets you send your driver(s) text messages like "WE HAVE A LOT TODAY" or "NO PICKUP NEEDED TODAY". Messages are sent from your computer and go directly to your driver's cell phone as a text message! It's simply the easiest way to communicate directly with your daily pickup driver(s).

Why not just call my driver?
Answering phone calls while performing a pickup/delivery job is not only difficult, but illegal in most states. Drivers are often on the road or have packages in their hands and can't easily answer a phone call. For this and other reasons, many drivers will not give out their cell phone number to their customers. We created a better option. With our system, you can easliy send your driver a text message without even having to know their cell phone number! Drivers agree this is a much easier and safer way of getting imortant information from their customers. Also available is our free Pickup Messenger program, which makes messaging your driver even easier! Just ask your participating driver(s) for their Package Pickup User Name and you'll be able to send them messages! They don't have an account? They probably don't know about our service yet. Let them know!

How much does it cost?
There is no cost to use our service. That's right, customers can send messages to their drivers for free! It's also free for your drivers to use. Enjoy!
