PackagePickup.com is simply the easiest way for customers to send important, time-saving information to their daily pickup driver(s).

How much does the Package Pickup service cost?
Our service is free for both drivers and their cursomers to use. Though not required, donations are accepted.

How long does it take for my messages to be received by my driver(s)?
Messages are sent from our web site instantly, but it might take up to a minute for the message to be received, depending on speed of the network the driver's cell phone service is through.

I sent a message to my driver, but he/she did not get it?
Make sure you are entering your driver's User Name correctly. User Names must be spelled correctly or your message will not go through. User Names can't have spaces in them but are NOT case sensitive! Also, your driver may have changed their User Name or may have stopped using our service all together.

What happens if my driver is not at work that day, or on vacation?
Because you already have a daily pickup service set up with a company, there will be a "fill in" driver showing up to make your pickup. Please keep in mind that our messaging service is supplementary to the pickup service you are already receiving from your preferred shipping company.

What does the Pickup Messenger program do?
Our Pickup Messenger make messaging your driver(s) extremely easy. Once installed on a computer, it can remind you have your shipment(s) ready on time. If you don't need a pickup, have an unusual shipment, or are not on schedule, it reminds you to message your driver(s) if need be. You can choose what time to be reminded. It also saves your company info and driver's User Name so that you don't have to manually type that in each time you send a message. The program is free and can be downloaded here from our site.

Why is there a little truck on the bottom-right side of my computer screen sometimes?
When Pickup Messenger is installed on your PC, and the Reminder Feature is turned ON, a will show in you task bar (by your clock). This means that the Pickup Messenger is running. You can click on this icon to open the program, or right-click on it to close the program. If there is no showing, then the Reminder Feature will not work!

Why won't my computer shut down when I have the Pickup Messenger running?
You should close the Pickup Messenger before you shut down your computer. To do this, simply right-click on the in your task bar (by your clock). Then choose "Close Messenger". Once the program is off, you can shut down your computer as usual.

I can't install Pickup Messenger on my computer, can I still send messages to my driver(s)?
